THE PHOTO-SHOOT
Appointments take about 1 hour for small projects, 1.5-2 hours for average-sized homes. For premium services, shoots can take from 3-8 hours. It is advisable to prepare the property before the photoshoot by removing clutter or items that do not need to be photographed, clean visible dust, turn all lights on if possible. If you have any pets, it is best if they are kept away from the shooting process for safety.
Images will be delivered via Dropbox 2-3 days after the appointment. Instructions will be sent upon request or we will gladly walk you through the process. Matterport Tours will be ready to preview the day of the shoot, annotations might take 1-2 days
PHOTO USAGE RIGHTS
Usage rights will be granted to you or your company for marketing purposes and social media. Usage rights are non-transferable, cannot be re-sold, a new agreement and transaction must be made with any other party, not in the original agreement. The rights belong to the purchasing Agent, not the property therefore rights cannot be transferred to a new agent without consulting the Copyright Owner (Photographer)
